Self Esteem and Acceptance Meditation Workshop
We all want to feel good about ourselves yet sometimes feelings of self-criticism and guilt creep in. Such states of mind can adversely affect our daily life, our relationships and our spiritual development.
In this half-day workshop we will engage in some simple and effective guided meditations derived from Kadampa Buddhism for overcoming feelings of self-criticism and guilt. We will learn to connect to a deeper sense of wellbeing within our mind and to our potential for lasting happiness and real change. In this way we can transform our relationship with both ourself and others, and awaken to a profound sense of our life’s purpose.
