House hunters quick to reserve at new phase in Deal

Eager house hunters have been quick to reserve the latest raft of new homes at a popular housing development in Deal.

Planning was recently approved by Dover District Council for 70 new properties in the latest phase of development by Persimmon Homes at Timperley Place. Construction of the properties is about to begin and the first occupants are due to move in in December.

The development offers a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes priced from £274,950 which will appeal to a wide cross-section of buyers including first-time, professional couples, growing families and downsizers.
